Dries with nice finish, no "extra" additives. It's easy to control and not finicky about consistency like some of the royal icings on the market. When you don't have time to make a ton of it, and don't want any to go to waste (only mix what you need to use), this is a very good option. Add favorite flavor and it's great.

So tasty! Easy to add food coloring. Easy to use and I was able to make 18 soccer cookies and 9 baseball cookies with one bag. I’m no professional and I pay about $3.5-$5.00 a cookie for birthdays or events so this was a great alternative or starter in my case and they tasted delicious I had compliments all day!

I like that it comes with the recipe on the bag. It so easy to make and it was easy to follow. My cookies came out great when I used the recipe to decorate with. What you don't use , you can freeze the rest and use it later.

I am a very novice cookie decorator. I used this mix to make cheer bow cookies for our end of season cheer banquet. This was delicious. Easy to follow instructions for mixing. I did not use corn syrup when mixing.

I really like this product! I've had royal icing before that I didn't like, to the point I stopped eating frosted cookies, but this product is different and much better. My kids even enjoyed it. I was able to play with the ratios for the thickness I needed and it worked well.

I came looking for meringue powder, which is much more expensive these days. I thought I'd found a fairly decently priced meringue powder in this. My bad for not reading the title thoroughly. I usually catch the meringue powders premixed with powdered sugar when searching meringue powder.So, first, this is very expensive for powdered sugar and very little actual meringue powder.I use meringue powder to make royal icing for gingerbread houses every Christmas, plus haunted houses in October. Usually a 2.5 pound bag will last me through several rounds of gingerbread houses, our haunted houses at Halloween and I have plenty for frosting sugar cookies throughout the spring. I just did our haunted houses and used 4/5 of the entire bag to build 2 Wilton gingerbread houses plus glue for candies and such.Second, the taste is sickly sweet. I followed the recipe on the bag and the royal icing is so overly sweet I'm glad I don't have much leftover for frosting any cookies.
