this essentially is more about the customer service at JCB...this item was not working correctly after 3 months, I contacted them and they said they would send a new one out. Then I got an email saying I needed to send the old one back, no need to print a label , which I confirmed by email... collection day arrives and they wouldn't take it because it didn't have a label on! Finally I get it collected again and they send me out the wrong item as a replacement! Then I have to wait for that to be collected before they will send out the correct item... my husband was 3wks without an angle grinder which he needs for work... not good enough! I'm still waiting for a manager to call me as I registered a complaint, its been 3wks..... proceed with caution.

Not very good
Works ok but not for heavy use as cuts out for the money not worth it thought JCB would of made a better item on way this is for real work look else where a £30 electric grinder dose a lot better job .

If only JCB fulfilled their order commitments on my Jigsaw kit I could review this grinder
If JCB had fulfilled my other order for the batteries and charger when I purchased a jigsaw kit complete with its case batteries and charger I would have been able to use this grinder. Despite several attempts to get them to respond I have had to return the jigsaw kit supplied body only and resort to providing suitably judged reviews on their service and my inability to run the tools that they have provided me without the means of making them run. I am not alone in this as I have seen other reviews stating the same inappropriate supply against a legitimate listed item.
