How many brightness levels? And is the lowest setting bright too?

3 brightness levels each of amber, amber/ bright white mixed and a bright white so 9 levels of brightness, I can’t imagine needing the brighter levels of any of them but it depends on ones one eyesight. I find the lower level and mid level amber works fine for me within a totally dark room and I have less than perfect eyesight being an older guy
