WYZE Earbuds Pro, 40 dB Active Noise Cancelling Wireless Earbuds, 6 Voice-Isolating Mics ANC Bluetooth Headphones, Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless Charging Alexa Built-in True Wireless Earbuds

Got these earbuds and had to wait an hour till they were charged enough so that I could update the firmware. The earbuds worked ok initially and fit my ears, unlike another brand which I returned due to poor battery life. There are no volume controls on them. There is also a limited selection of what a 2 and 3 tap press can do.However, I then did a battery test and discovered that after 4 hours of watching a live stream the left earbud died on me when I was warned there was 20% battery remaining. the right earbud lasted another hour. Ever since the left earbud is dead on multiple devices. A factory reset did nothing to solve the issue. If I wanted a replacement I would have to deal with Wyze.I have noticed that the status of the battery level of the Buds or the case is not being updated in real time. UNLESS you unplug the case from the USB cable and replug it. Only then do the buds show the proper charge level in the app!I got replacement buds from Wyze after 10 days but I am leaning to returning them to Amazon and forget the coupon that I had when I purchased these. Too many quirks and shortcomings.

Great sounding headphones. Limited customization, but default sound is quite good. Battery life is excellent too.One big deficiency is the case and the smooth earbud plastic. These are nearly impossible to remove from the case. I added a couple of small strips of grip tape to each one, it makes it infinitely easier to remove them from the case. Even the case design really sucks. It's nearly impossible to put the buds back in in the dark, and still a bit of a challenge during the day too. Those 2 things need a dramatic rethink.

These headphones had great potential for a reasonably priced wireless unit with active noise cancelling. Fairly comfortable, decent sound, good battery life. However as the months have gone on the audio will often cut out whenever outdoors. I can actually watch the sound levels on my phone drift down then jump back to the previous volume, whenever walking outside. No amount of re-pairing sorts the issue out. Makes the headphones extremely frustrating to use.

Conf call, musique pendant sport ou marche au bord de l’eau. La fonction noise canceling est top. Mais le moins ici c’est lorsque j’enlève les écouteurs pendant un appel sans les ranger dans le case. L’appel n’est pas basculé automatiquement sur le phone direct.
