Honestly, for the price, I can't find any flaws. The straps have a range of adjustments for fit, the face pads aren't too hard or too soft, and the enclosure fits my iPhone 13 Pro with no light gaps. I will note that if you have an iPhone 12/13 it will *technically* fit with an apple case on, but the camera bump will cause the enclosure to not close completely on that side. It is better to take the phone case off for the best fit and to keep the phone as cool as possible.I highly recommend buying DESTEK's carrying case for portable, dust-free storage.

I previously had a Destek V4. This is well-built and has a few improvements over its predecessor. It's much lighter and doesn't have the plastic piece on the back of the strap which wasn't really necessary for a good fit. The sliders for the eye distance adjustment are also more solid and less loose than on the V4. Finally, the material used for the face cushions on the V4 was a faux leather that started to flake off after two years of moderate use (once or twice a month for only a few minutes), the material would get everywhere and leave a big mess. The V5 cushions use a cloth that isn't likely to flake off. Overall, it's very good for the price and highly recommended if you want to use your phone to try some simple VR.

Yes you can place your phone in, shut it and forget it but with doing anythjng that you need to open it every now and then the unit itself has no way of actually holding the phone in place. I also don’t care for the lack of adjustments it has (bringing site in closer and further or decreasing/increasing the eye width

DESTEK V5 VR Headset for Smartphones with 5.5-6.8in Screen. just copy and paste that sentence. my phone didn't fit,so i read instruction maybe their is a way to use my 6.8inc screen, but it states in their instruction 6.4 inch max. Why advertise 6.8 inch, i'm not happy the drivers and amazon aren't. this is your way of selling your product and hope the customer don't return it. negative review should be zero star. waited for this and had it for 5 minutes before pakaging it for return.

I tried using this goggle setup which looked like it had potential. The problem I had was once I put my phone in you could never get the picture adjusted properly to view comfortably. It was either one side good or 2 pictures merged and you had to choose which to view. Also if you use this you will have to take your case off your phone because the cover won’t lock in place.
