Superb
Absolutely obsessed with this thing. We have turned it at least 3 times a day and I was a bit worried the sand would mix and all become the same colour but it seems the different colours have different weights so they tend to stay together. It’s so relaxing to watch and there have been some fascinating landscapes which are just beautiful. Nice big size and functions perfectly every time. Great piece.

Could be so much better
Size is perfect. The concept is great, but because cheap materials are used the sand doesn’t flow very well.

Awful
It's not the most expensive item in the world but at £23.99 it's extremely bad value. It's made of the cheapest possible materials (I would estimate no more than £3-4 worth) and most importantly all the sand falls to the bottom far too quickly. I haven't timed it but probably less than a minute. It looks sad and pathetic while it does so - not least because the sand tends to fall in clumps. I was going it to my nephew as one of his Christmas presents but I'm not now because it's so disappointing. AVOID.

Great for a birthday present
Excellent birthday present. Good quality, and arrived well packaged. It is fascinating to watch, and creates beautiful pictures as shown in the description. Very relaxing.

I bought this for my son's home office, his kids were enthralled with it, There is a different emerging picture every time.I doubt it's even got to his office yet. I really need to buy the kids one for Christmas.

We love it! When we have company, everyone wants to try it. The colors make unique and beautiful sandscapes. It looks and feels quality and works well so far. Shake or flip it to create a different result every time. It does take time to allow the sand to fall and that's part of the fun. This is a modern version of the "magic window" we had growing up. Would make a nice gift too.
