Tried it, but no luck
Well, I was trying to stop the vibration from a neighbor I share a bedroom well with. It goes on most of the night and at 5am he gets on his stationary bike. I have had no luck with the HOA and management after many emails. My bed feels like rats running through it and it is an expensive bed.
