I have used 2 of these in the last month and they have both performed well. I strongly recommend testing which side is hot by touching the wires to a 9 volt battery before you install ( red wire to positive post). In both elements I have used the hot side was the unmarked side.I believe the industry standard is for the marked side to be hot. So these may have marked on the wrong side. So test first. No big deal and could explain the low price.

The first Peltier didn't respond to a 9v battery, or a 12 VDC from my Wine-Cooler. The replacement arrived with a corner chipped off. It works, but who knows for how long.

I used this as a replacement for auto fridge. It works well. Wires are approximately 20 cm (8") long that is more than enough.If you buy one - don't forget about new thermopaste :)

I recieved the part earlier than expected and my TV has been working perfectly since. I was sceptical but they are legit.

Bought this to replace a failed card in a wine chiller. The card fit perfectly and worked for about a week. Was hoping it would have lasted longer. But I guess you get what you pay for .
