Retractable mechanism broke within a few uses (UPDATE)
Bought this back in February and carried it with me everywhere but finally got to use it in May. Seemed sturdy, the cable itself is strong, but the mechanism on the inside that rolls it back in broke within the first 10 uses and now it won’t retract. Maybe I got a defective one? The product itself would have been excellent had it lasted more than a few uses, for that reason I give it only 1 star.Update:Gave them a 1 star initially due to the failed mechanism but a customer service representative reached out to me almost immediately to figure out what the issue was and how to remediate the situation. Very professional and very quick with their responses and I was more than satisfied with the outcome.Like I mentioned before, maybe I got unlucky and got a defective one but don’t let that discourage you from trying it out yourself

Great Robust Badge holder
This is a very robust product and works well! It holds my scanning badge and three safety cards that I hold for reminders. I'll continue to order this product

Durable and useful
Very good ID holder. The plastic banging against things is a little loud, could use a buffer around it. Otherwise very durable and useful.

Nice and sturdy product
I wanted a good badge holder for when I take my bike to work, this one is exactly what I was looking for. It’s got a nice solid grasp on the card when it’s inserted but it is easy to remove when needed. My badge fit perfectly in there, the cable is nice and strong and I don’t foresee any issues.
