Great product
Great product , simple to use and saves you paying a jeweler to do the same thing . Compatible with most watches . Replacement batteries are also available on Amazon at a fraction of the cost.

Handy little kit, no more expensive jewellers prices for watch battery changes.
The media could not be loaded. So bought this kit to unscrew the rear plate of my watch to change the battery. Thought rather than pay up the nose at a jewellers to do it, I'd buy the kit and do it myself. Come with an handy plastic watch holder to secure the watch whilst unscrewing the back cover. This worked really well and done the trick.Then you get the actual tool with 2 adjustable prongs which are used to fit in the little recesses in the rear plate. This worked perfectly once adjusted. There is another little tool almost like a small screwdriver. Not sure what it's for but handy for flicking the battery out. And a pair of cheap flimsy pointed tweezers which in my previous experience of these, they are pretty useless they tend to bend to easily. But not used these ones yet so could be pleasantly surprised.To sum it up:* This kit actually does what it's supposed to do.* Can be used to save you money that you would otherwise spend to get a jewellers to do exactly the same job.* It is made from cheap materials so when it comes to value for money and durability and how long it will last. It's hard to say. (This is why I gave 4 out of 5 stars)* Overall for the price and it's performance even if you get to change 5-10 watch batteries using this tool. You would have got your money back plus saved quite a bit as well.For me it's a no trainer.

Not suitable for expensive watches
Item as expected for price. In the end decided not to use on ladies watch worth £300 as concerned that the force required to remove back was beyond it's ability. That said I am sure it would work on a watch of less sentimental value. You definitely need to remove watch strap first given it's design.

Brilliant item at a good price. No more paying a fortune to have watch batteries changed. I'd give the item 5 stars only it would allow me ro for some reason

Metal not plastic!
Great piece of kit. I had box full of watches that need batteries. Managed to get backs off them all and replace the batteries. Little bit fiddly trying to get the prongs in little grooves but managed it. This is metal and not plastic as are some other back removers. Really pleased I bought it.
