Hi there! Our BLAT Bike Rack has four fixed, rubber coated bike hooks, so there is not a way to replace these as they are welded onto the base mounting plate.

It may be more challenging to take your bikes on and off from the ceiling and your back tires may move a bit more if it is not against the wall.
