Top notch for the price
I am giving this product a pure five star rating because that is fair when compared to the price. Is it a good choice for use in bright outdoors conditions? No, but I didn't pay for that. I paid for a small 460 candela monitor that impressively renders full HD, packed with useful tools like peak focus, histogram, and many others. I am well impressed with this; so much so that I got two of them, and they are useful for anything from my GoPro's to my MFT cameras. Is it a perfect monitor? No, but I didn't pay for perfection. I paid for good enough, and got plenty of it.

Good quality video monitor
This monitor comes with almost everything you need to get it running including a bracket, cable and a sunscreen. No battery or power supply is included which is a bit disappointing but I suppose that most customers would already have the necessary batteries otherwise you can buy them for around £20 including a charger.Picture quality is very good. It is bright enough to see in all but the brightest of outdoor lighting and the images are crisp with good colour reproduction. The easy to select menus give you access to lots of other features such as histograms and other technical details as well as changing aspect ratio and loads of other stuff. For around £100 at the time of writing this review it is cheaper than many other units whilst offering pretty much every feature that the professional photographer, videographer or YouTuber could want in a very comprehensive package.

Dissapointed
This was a lot smaller than expected and also did not come with any power supply so could not even try the kit. Can't really say much besides that.

Great monitor. Factor in power lead or battery.
This pack comes with the small high resolution monitor, L-shaped mounting arm, short HDMI cable, sun shade, Allen key and instruction booklet. The important points to note are that you need to buy a battery (Sony NP-F970 battery or Canon LP-E6), or a suitable power lead (12V barrel connector). Also if your video source doesn't use standard HDMI then you'll need to have the appropriate lead from that to HDMI. I can understand why they aren't included - why charge you for something you may not need.I bought a battery (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08GHB2T8P/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) which didn't need a separate charger and was a reasonable price (£20). You can see in the picture it makes the whole thing a lot deeper though! The screen is very readable and looks pin sharp, being 1080 horizontal lines in such a small space. You can change colour, brightness, sharpness, etc. plus invert or rotate the image. There are too many options to list, but there is virtually every mode you could want, showing highlights, histograms, etc. It's fairly easy to navigate the menu, and you can even assign quick functions. There are 1/4" tripod mounts on three sides so using the bracket arm you can mount it on a hot shoe or tripod in various positions. The sun shade is a small folding cover with soft loop Velcro around the edge closest to the screen. Inside the small raised area around the screen is the 'hook' part for the shade to attach to. It works OK along the top, but the sides (as shown) don't stay in place very well. A minor point, it doesn't get in the way, it's just less secure. It is a great monitor to either add a screen to a device, provide a larger one (with more functions) or with a long lead, allow remote monitoring. I've got it set up on my Nikon D7500 along with a remote trigger, to allow me to view wildlife and ensure it's properly framed before triggering the camera. My 6000mAh battery has lasted over 3 hours using 50% brightness. That's pretty good and if you had a couple would last most of a day, if you only used the monitor when required.Overall it's a great screen with lots of functionality. You're only paying for what you'd use so obviously you need a power source, but it's still great value.

A great little pocket sized field monitor. 4K passthrough and plenty of features.
The media could not be loaded. First thoughts:ProsSmall field monitor with many of the features of my larger field monitors (albeit manual rather than auto).Focus peaking.Histograms.Sun hood included in the kit, which I thought was a nice touch.12v pin input and NP-F battery options for power (standard for most field monitors and lights).ConsNavigation freezes on occasion and then jumps to catch up with the inputs when navigating the menus. No carry case or sleeve is included to protect it, which was a real shame.Details and things to note (See pictures and video):¼” mounting thread on three of the four sides. Comes with a mount arm but this can only be used with the mounting point on the side of the monitor due to the positioning. The arm also has a cold shoe slot on it.No auto rotate for the image but you can flip the display manually in the settings. This comes in useful when it’s more convenient to flip the monitor over instead of rotating it (especially if you need to keep your cables on the same side of the camera). The monitor has its own focus peaking which can help visualise the information from compatible cameras that have the same function.Histogram and exposure display so I can clearly see light data from my camera.Audio levels are nice and clear so I can see levels and avoid clipping when in front of the camera. The monitor has a built-in speaker but I turned that right the way down, as it outputs in real time and was causing an audio loop with the sound being captured by the camera. The monitor also has a 3.5mm jack port for real-time monitoring of the audio capture.Kit includes the monitor, hook and loop sun hood, cold shoe arm (with its own cold shoe mount on the side), miniHDMI to full size HDMI cable, user guide and a hex key to assist with tightening.Final thoughts:A great addition to my field monitors and a fraction of the price. Yes it lacks some of the higher end auto functions that my other monitors have like 4K display, touch screen, gyroscope for auto image orientation and IPS visual display, but it’s also 4x cheaper. This is a solid little field monitor with most of the functions I’d expect to get the job done. It can be stored easily due to its size and makes for a very portable kit.At this relatively low price point, it’s a useful bit of kit if you’re shooting video, as the screen is most likely larger than the screen available on the camera.

Tarion
Il monitor Tarion nella confezione è privo di batteria e sulla descrizione non è segnalata la mancanza della batteria. Quindi ora dovrò ordinare la batteria e aspettare ulteriori giorni. Valutazione 3

Perfect for very small projects
This is probably the best value you will get for any external monitor form your camera/ device. Colors are pretty accurate and nice to it on a much larger screen instead of the camera screen.
