These multivitamins are perfectly chewable which makes them very easy to take on a daily basis. They taste great unlike many other multivitamins, so I actually looks forward to taking them. If they were candy I'd eat them all day. The daily recommended is two a day, and you can take them at any point of the day, I usually take them in the morning. Great multivitamin to take at any age, and for any level of health. Carson Life is a trusted brand and I'm a loyal consumer of their multivitamins.

So far so good I haven’t seen any changing on my hair yet. They are easy to swallow. but they taste a little sour at the end. I wish they had a little bit of sugar.
