I use this headset daily. Works great, sounds great.
I'm at the computer all day. This headset allows me to type while speaking with customers. The sound quality is better than my phone handset. I like having one ear not covered so I can monitor the office while on the phone. The headset is adjustable to fit.

Worth the money
I love this! I work from home and it has been a lifesaver not having to hold the phone. Calls are as clear as a hand receiver. I don’t have issues with it disconnecting during calls, sometimes when I first use it after a weekend I have to push the headset button on the phone then I don’t have to worry with it again for quite some time, this is no big deal as I can do it as soon as I realize and it switches instantly. I would definitely purchase again! It is comfortable and doesn’t feel bulky. It doesn’t have a mute or volume control button on the cord, you have to press the phone buttons. The quality seems as it should, as long as your using the headset as intended I think it will last. Its functionality is great for working from home!

Excellent "No Frills" Device
Lightweight and very economical. My staff has used this device for the last 5 years. I highly recommend this for its dependability. It can "take a licking and keep on ticking"!

It works well but regularly goes to speaker on phone instead of staying on “headset” when picking up.

So glad I bought this
I've lost everything in my hearing over 4,000hz from loud shops and firearm use. Just started a new job where answering the phone is almost constant. In fact, I was so concerned that I would not be able to do the job, and kept my old job in reserve.Even with my high-pitched hearing loss, I never need to have the headset volume over 35%. I can finally hear the difference between "F", "S", and "B", D,C etc.I'm using these on a YeaLink phone with a headset port. To answer a call, I just press the headset-button on the phone. No need to lift the receiver. I'm only writing this because I couldn't find a review myself covering high-frequency hearing loss that many folks suffer.
