Great color. Very soft blue. Was able to make individual pot pies and they worked great. Super easy clean.

These are great for when you want to make creme brulee. I've made it a few times using these. It's the perfect size for the dessert and you can make multiple at a time. Easy to wash and has a simple look to it. You can also use it for small snacks or if you want to make a dessert bar, you can put all the toppings in these. Great for party uses.

I bought these specifically for Pate, but have already used them for many other uses. Well made and nice enough for service. Being able to stack them for storage is a big plus.

Now that colder weather is here we're making pot pies from scratch. We initially used some 2 cups porcelain ramekins that we already had, but the portion was too big for most people. We bought these 1.5 cup (12 oz) ramekins to slightly downsize the pot pies. They are the perfect size now, and everyone completely finishes their pies. Otherwise, the look and performance of the ramekins is good, no flaws or blemishes. Clean up is easy on the top rack in the dishwasher.

These are well-suited to all sorts of baking and cooking endeavors, from chocolate soufflés to French onion soup to crème brûlée to homemade sorbets or ices.They're generous for portion sizes, but don't take up too much space in a cabinet or pantry. They're oven- and dishwasher-safe, they hold their own in the freezer, and I've definitely dropped these a few times with no damage.

These are really nice ramekins. Perfect serving size for desserts. But the event I bought them for was canceled. So I'm returning them.

Perfect size for baking custard. Also good fro serving ice cream and making individual servings of chia pudding.

These ramekins are sturdier than I expected. I accentally dropped one on my tile floor from counter-top height, and not even a scratch. I just wish they had a 5 ounce ramekins. The 4 ounce ones are great, but a little small for dips or salsa. I haven't tried them in the oven yet, but based on the quality of the ceramic, I'm sure they will hold up for many years.

Sono davvero carine e fatte bene , peccato che la misura 120 ml è davvero piccola per servire un secondo , va bene per un piccolo contorno o dolce monoporzione. Devo cambiare misura per il mio proposito.
