Amazing light fitting.I bought this for the sole purpose of cooling my son's bedroom which houses a boiler too. It's a small room with a floor area of 2.3metres X 2.6metres.The fan is brilliant and offers gentle cooling while he's asleep on the lowest speed setting, with very little noise to mention. At full speed, the fan noise is very audible but considering the significant cooling power this is acceptable. I can't see the need to use it at maximum speed as it's is sufficiently powerful on a moderate setting for a very hot day.When switching the fan on, the fan speed stays at the previous speed when it was last switched off.The lighting and fan can be controlled independently of each other so you don't need to have the light on, when you only need some cooling.The preset night light feature on the remote control is great too, as it's easy for my son to select this by default. It's still very bright.Likewise, the 100% bright button is great if you need to have the highest level of brightness. The light on/off button memorised the previous brightness setting too.The light coverage is fine for a small room, but for me not suitable for a room greater than 4metres X 4metres unless it is a bedroom that doesn't need widespread coverage.The lighting cover gives off a shimmering sparkly glow, which gives an element of premium feel.I love the ease of dismantling for cleaning.It was also well designed for installation, as the ceiling plate is attached first, and it has a loop from which the main body can be attached using the built-in safety wire.The three sockets for earth, neutral and live wires are based on the modern push fit standard, and there's lots of room inside the main body housing for wiring components.The unit is light and overall, well made. The grill is functional and looks ok, but the manufacturer could design a nicer looking one. I can see the grill slats are angled to help spread the air flow across a wider area, but it only manages to make it spread out over a 2metre radius, hence why this fan isn't suitable for a room much bigger than 4m X 4m as you won't feel the effect of the air flow if you are more than 2metre away, and it is weak when you are 1.5metres away and the fan is on full power.I have a 42" conventional fan for my larger bedroom which spreads the cool air over a much wider area. I wish this company made a larger format fan so I could fit it in my bedroom and living room

The media could not be loaded. I bought two of these fans for my living room and dining room. Easy to install if you have some knowledge of electrics but to install safely an electrician should be employed. The lighting side of this fan gives you the option of white or warm light which is dimmable. The light emitted is fantastic. Our living room is 45 square metres and the light fills the room very effectively. The fan has multiple speeds which increases steadily. The noise level is acceptable even at high speed. The lovely thing about the fan feature is that the fan oscillates. I have not seen this feature in a ceiling fan before meaning it is not static and moves around the room. It can however be fixed if you prefer. The cooling efficiency is very good and can be changed depending on the season. It looks amazing when lit up. My only criticism is that when not lit it does look plastic. The unit is made of plastic but is very sturdy and fits snug against the ceiling. I would recommend this item as it is a low profile unit and has replaced our rather chunky fan we had previously. Very happy with my purchase

I brought this light fitting for my bedroom to replace a conventional bladed ceiling fan that Ive never really liked. I ordered this light because it was one of the biggest of this type at 60cm diameter. It is a little expensive for what it is compared to many slightly smaller ones on the market but I really wanted a big one.!! It was easy to fit although I did have to drill additional holes in the fixing plate to screw it to the ceiling as it needed to be fitted through a ceiling rose. The colours are good, as are the pre-programmed effects. It connected to my router and worked fine with the Tuya app that I already use for my older smart plugs. Alexa instantly worked with it too although the remote must be used to control the lighting display effects and the speed of the fan. Alexa only seems to be able to control the general colour of the light, on /off and on/off of the fan. The fan is VERY quiet and I usually have it on a low setting over night. The phone app is good to get the exact colour and fan speed . Over all, I really like this light and its worth the £129 I paid for it.

Nice quiet fan light. I love the rotation on the spline so you can set it to blow air in a direction. We are try to push hot air for our stairs. Light options are great to. Good value having looked at what else is available. Easy to install.

Was worried this may have turned out to be a waste of money. However, I am very impressed with the power of the fan. Unlike floor standing and desk top fans, this feels more like air conditioning cooling. I guess this is because it’s pushing air down and outward rather then up and across.Highest power is not to nosey/intrusive and the lowest power can not be heard at all. Even when at the lowest power, you can feel the air is circulating nicely. I bought this for my bedroom to keep us cool in the summer and to combat condensation problems in the winter. Using this fan on its reverse/winter mode will help our dehumidifier remove damp air quicker and should circulate warm air from the heating much more efficiently, that’s the science I’ve checked out anyway. It will be interesting to see how well it helps during winter!The light is very bright on full power, yet gives a nice warm feeling on sleep/lowest power. You can mix the light from daylight white through to warm white.Looks good, easy to fit (took me about ten minutes) and very practical. We’re very happy with it.
