We just used this printer for a convention to print badges, so we went through 10,000 prints over 4 days. The ribbon and paper are of good quality and the print quality is excellent. There are no instructions included for loading the paper and ribbon, but that is described in the printer manual and there are several excellent YouTube videos that show how to load the paper.However, the paper/ribbon packs come with mysterious sticker strips that I am told are for cleaning the printer. Presumably by sticking them to the paper and having that run through the printer. There are NO instructions with either the printer or the paper/ribbon on how to do this. The printer driver even starts to remind you every time you change the paper to clean the printer, but there are NO instructions on how to do this. My suspicion is that when you change the paper you need to apply the sticky strips to the end of the new roll and when the printer loads the new roll it will help clean any debris from the rubber rollers as the excess paper at the beginning of the roll is ejected after loading. I'm too paranoid to try this without instruction though. If they had included these instructions my review would have been 5 stars.
