Great customer service! Although the initial substrate arrived contaminated (likely due to Amazon storage conditions beyond the seller’s control), the vendor responded quickly and professionally. They offered a free replacement without hesitation and clearly care about their product quality and customer experience. Looking forward to trying the replacement. Appreciate the support!

Not sterilized
No way the soil is properly sterilized. Ive ordered 2 bulk substates from midwest grow and gotten great results. Tried this product twice now. Wated tovsave some money and quicker shipping. Used my exact same cleaning process with 70% alcohol and both times got trichoderma. Go with a different source.

Great pre-mix substrate
I only used this a couple of times, not bad. I prefer the dry mix your own stuff though. If you like going this route, it's a great product. Always clean, never an issue when I've used it.
