Worth the Money, great stability of you have high arches
I started putting these in all my boots and shoes over a year ago after I broke a bone in my foot from rolling my ankle on a hike. If you have high arches, these add so much more support to keep you from walking on the outside of your foot (putting you at risk of rolling your ankle) and helps center the impact. I have variations of these from SuperFeet in almost all of my shoes and have zero complaints!

No More Tired, Achy Feet/Knees/Shins
My son likes the comfort of these insoles, for he is on his feet at work 12+ hours/day. His feet, knees and shins no longer hurt and he has been using these for more than a year and he loves their performance and quality. They fit pretty to to size, only need to trimmed a little at the toe.

poor liner
Super comfy but the liner on the insole peels away very quickly from normal wear and tear which you don't see with other superfeet insoles.

My favorite insoles ,second pair I've bought. The other brands were a disappointment.

Heel is too high for arch to work well for me.
Nicely made. Don't work for me. The heel is so thick that the arch does not seem that high and it does not do what I wanted, which was help my feet not to slide forward in my running shoes.
