Diamond X-Back Folding 24" Counter Stool, Bronze with Beige Microfiber Cushion (1, Beige)

I ordered this as a chair for a puzzle table that is 30" high. It worked out great. It is fairly lightweight and folds easily for storage. It is a little slippery on a tile floor, but on a carpeted surface is just fine. That could be alleviated with some different leg caps. It is comfy and the color is subdued. Perfect for what I wanted- and the price was right!

The back ends up in a very bad position, very uncomfortable!

This chair is plenty sturdy for anyone up to 250lbs. or more. It is very light weight but nonetheless very capable of the heavyweights. It folds up very easily and requires no assembly whatsoever out of the box.

I think it is good for the price because it is unique for a folding chair, very attractive, and arrives assembled. So for my needs it works. I just wanted something to sit on at the counter when I'm working in the kitchen, taking a break to eat in the kitchen, or watch the kitchen tv while cooking. I needed something I could easily move and fold to hide because my kitchen is small. This is perfect for that, and I love it. However, it is not sturdy enough or comfortable enough for everyone. I am 5'2" and it is so high I have a hard time getting on it. My 6'2" 190 lb. teen son made it wobble a lot and all my kids of different sizes said it was not comfortable for various reasons. The seat is very small so I would not use this for company who would be sitting for a long time.

We returned it because it did not meet our needs. The back was not supportive. It went away from our backs. The seat was not tall enough to reach the counter comfortably.

This stool is perfect for our needs in that most of the time it is kept folded and put away. It is only used when we have another couple or our family over and we need extra seating at the counter. I would not think it would be sturdy enough for every day use. I think of it as a folding chair for a bridge table and would not expect it to be comfortable or sturdy enough for every day use.

I have a gathering table in our dining room and I wanted a couple of extra chairs that I could use when we have guests. These are simple and fold up - not flat but still easy to store.

I bought this as a gift for a family member who loves to cook but as a 90 year old it was difficult to stand for long periods of time. He can fold up the stool and store it next to the fridge when he's not using it. He feels safe using this stool because it is well built and easy to fold and unfold when he needs to have a place to sit while he cooks.
