Q: Can these be used for everyday use and not only computer/cell phone blue ray blockage?

For me, they help me see the computer and further away, but I need a slightly stronger pair for up close. I think it will depend on your personal sight, but I have no problem wearing them all day and in various situations, including those that don't involve the computer or phone.

Q: Can these be worn as Sunglasses?

Our anti-blue light glasses are effectively provided UV400 protect and can be worn and used in daily life, but it is not recommended to use them as sunglasses when the sun is strong.

Q: Are they very durable?

My glasses are new so only time will tell how durable they are. They do seem to be a good deal for the price.

Q: When you buy this is case included?

Yes! The glasses come with a case, cleaning cloth, and blue light tester.
