It’s incredibly easy to use, I just press one button, slip it on my finger, and within 10 seconds I get an accurate reading of my SpO2 levels and heart rate. The OLED screen is bright and easy to read, even in low light, which is a huge plus. I really appreciate the automatic shut-off feature that kicks in after 10 seconds of inactivity and it's a smart, eco-friendly touch helps save battery life. The oximeter is lightweight, compact, and comes with a lanyard, so it’s easy to carry whether I’m traveling, hiking, or just doing daily monitoring at home. It’s especially great for keeping tabs on oxygen levels after workouts or during cold/flu season. Everything I needed was included: the oximeter, batteries, a lanyard, and a user manual. Highly recommended.

for the price it works well

After having seen these monitors at my checkups etc, I decided to get one for myself. I sure beats sitting with a stop watch to count heart beats. I do brisk walking 5+ days a week for exercise. I occasionally stop and check my pulse while walking and have found that this device works well as a super-budget heart monitor. I am happy with the build quality, accuracy, easy readability, battery type, etc. The only small negative has been the 2-3 seconds it takes to come up with a reading. Given the low price and the fact I'm not using it in an ER, I don't have a problem with that.
