Very nice WHEN installed properly.
Very happy with these, but DO NOT bypass the cable tension sensor. I did because periodically the door wouldn't close until about the second or third try. All was well for about a month until my garage door came crashing down. The bottom of the door was about halfway down and the top landed on my car because I'm an idiot. It's a crappy feeling at 9:00 pm when your garage door is broken, you have no way of locking up your garage/tools for the night, and you don't know how your going to get your cars out. They make pushers Garage Door Plunger Bumper Spring, 15" that will resolve any issues you may have with the door closing and cable tension issues.Pros:- Quiet- Clean look- Easy installation- Secure, you would be surprised how easily most garages can be broken into (youtube "break into a garage").Cons:- At this price point the "MyQ Internet Gateway" should be included. (Add $50 to open/close with your phone)- Remotes are weak, I have to be within about 20 feet. Garage Door Plunger Bumper Spring, 15"

The Way All Garage Door Openers Should Work
I researched this purchase for a long time. I replaced a standard chain-drive garage door opener that was working just fine. Installation was a breeze except that you need power nearby which most garages do not have. I have two garage doors. One did not have an opener on it before I installed one of these. I am extremely happy. After months of use, every time I open or close one of my doors, I smile. It is so quiet. It is so smooth. I no longer worry the whole door is going to fall apart or get jerked off the track. You can't hear the door opening and closing inside the house anymore. The way the unit works allows you to set how far the door opens and closes. No gaps at the bottom, but most importantly for me, I can make sure the door is all the way up not an inch lower than normal, so that I can be certain my bikes won't hit the bottom of the door when I roll my truck into the garage with bikes in the bed.

Easy install, Quiet, and smooth.
Installed both units, one on a 10hx10 door and the other on a 12hx10. Let me say that these openers are excellent. Build quality is great and manuals are easy to follow. Some pointers, make sure your garage doors are properly adjusted and lubricated. This makes for a whisper quiet door without the creaks and moans, also allows for a more dialed in Force setting on the drive systems. If you run into problems with the door slacking the cable due to it being sticky or tracks not angled correctly, you might need pusher springs at the back of the door tracks to give it a shove in the right direction. The lights I can confirm (despite the manual) that the 14w (100w equivalent) Sylvania LED bulbs do not effect the wireless lights at all. Also you can pair both lights to each opener, so each door will turn both lights on at the same time. Another piece of advise, the door locks do not have a memory or position read-out for the opener to know what position they are in (locked/unlocked), so if you manually unlock the door, remember to reset them to "Locked" when the door is back down again. Otherwise the door lock with be out of phase with the opening sequence and stall the door giving you a error (flashing lights 9 times). The great thing is if you forget, the force setting will save your cables and the door from being damaged as the torque required to open the door will trigger and error as well. Made the mistake when installing...easy to remedy at least. Very pleased with the product and design. You can't go wrong with these. Also, if you have a different torque tube setup on your doors, there are jack-shaft drive adapters to still use this system.

Excellent value, quality, operation
I have a 2-car separated garage where one side has a lift in it, requiring a 12ft ceiling height. I needed a garage door opener that worked on a shaft-driven design and these were the ones I found. After reading many reviews, I took the dive and got the 2-pack. Now that I've finally got these installed, I'm am VERY pleased with them. Flawless operation. Tons of options. I especially like the ability to connect to Wifi and I can operate the doors with my phone. These openers are SUPER quiet and it was the very first thing I noticed. The instructions don't really tell you that you need to run a long wire to the wall remotes, but reading the whole thing you can tell that you do need to run them. I thought they might also be Wifi, but they are not, which is fine. The system connects to your house Wifi and you can get notifications when they open and/or close. Many more options on these. I also liked the vault-type slide lock that locks the door down and I can tell you I like hearing that thing snap into locked position when the door gets fully closed. I wish my main house garage door openers worked this nice. I'll be looking for Liftmaster versions for my main house garage if they wear out one day. Top notch craftmanship. Well done.

works just like you would want it to
I have this huge shop with these big roll-up doors. This opened handles them beautifully, with enough safety features that I never have to worry. And it mounts to the side of the door, not the middle of the room like many garage door openers.I was worried about my ability to mount this myself because it's heavy and you are working really high up, but it's a lot easier than it seems. On caveat: the designers of this product had in mind that your door is installed in a solid wall. My shop is a metal building, so I have to custom machine a couple of small pieces bracket pieces to install it. Not a big problem, but more work than I was expecting.
