This product is very good work for me I bit my nails like crazy and know I have long nails

I have such a bad habit of biting my nails, i have used this on & off for years. This is the only product that works well for me.

terrible product. I purchased this to help stop biting my nails. I tstates it has a bitter taste when you try and bit your nails, which is supposed to help bring the nail biting act to your attantion and discurage the habbit. but this stuff has no bitter taste, in fact it has no taste at all. I found that it has had no affect on my habbit. total junk, don't waist your money.

My daughter said it was a bit bitter, but it served as a reminder and I couldn't stop her from biting it.

My daughter started sucking her thumb and her dentist recommended this, it didn’t work at all for us. Within 10mins she was back to sucking her thumb. Maybe she just didn’t mind the taste- but when I tried it on myself to see I didn’t notice a taste or anything change.

Nail biting has always been a terrible habit of mine. I chewed them off for over 38 years. Painting this stuff on your nails makes them bitter. When I absent-mindedly put them near my mouth, I'd quickly realize and stop. It also acts like a minor nail polish, which strengthens the nail. The only downside is that it's highly reflective, so be prepared.

There is no bad taste so defeats the purpose
