I have used this type of bandage for many yrs. They work. Promote healing and keep bad things out. They are pretty water proof if you put them on right. The only bad thing is that they can be tough to remove. With a clean wound you can leave them on a few days, barring any infection. If you are going to put this on an area with hair, SHAVE FIRST. Unless you want a hair removal treatment.I might recommend a bandage adhesive remover. Wipe as you remove. Not absolutly necessary but it helps.I had a hip replacement recently and put these right over top of the island bandage on the incision wound. These were big enough to cover and waterproof all. Now I could take a nice shower and not worry about getting the wound wet. The recommendaton is to wrap in in cling style plastic wrap. Nope. Did not work at all. So I ordered these. They worked. After the shower took it off and all completely dry

My husband needed this for his tattoo dressing. His previous from the parlor didn't adhere after a day. This product is spectacular in size and adhesion . The price is great for the size and quality of the bandage. Highly recommend for those husbands that forget about their booboos

Are used to cover transdermal patch and keep it on through whatever means. But, these stick when you’re pulling them off. You have to have two fingers to pull each corner, and if it’s behind you, you’re gonna need help like I do, as they stick n edges when lifting off the around paper on each sid corners.I always bought 3M which were always a breeze in a which were always a breeze an easy to use. I thought I would buy an off brand that looks the same, figured off brand discount due to the great price, for what looks like the same product and it is, do you try to start pulling the outside ring off to stick on your body.I’m getting used to them, like I said the price was great if you have to use them all the time.Just remember the cover peel off sticks and lifts adhesive off the the patch when you’re pulling the frame off to come off, has to be 2 handed held as peel around each corner, or else you’re gonna have a mess-redo.

This is a great way to keep medical items from getting unstuck! Keeps an infusion set affixed as well as a CGM sensor like Dexcom G-7 or Freestyle Libre. Happy!

So, I'm not advocating you do this, but I chose to purchase these to go over the plastic eye shield after cataract surgery to make SURE no water splashed into my eye after surgery while showering and it does the job - BUT, the steam of the shower will build up under it and make you sweat (don't think you're to have sweat in a newly operated on eyeball) :p AND it kind of melts the adhesive so take a quick shower if you're doing something like covering an incision for this purpose, it really pulls on my skin to get it off. IF you are looking to use this to cover something for a period of time after a tattoo, or dermatology scrape or something, follow the doctor's instructions to the "T" but this would def stay on in my opinion. Might hurt really bad pulling it off though, especially if you have sensitive skin. BE careful! Good product in my opinion...

Works just OK. Can't get the outer rim off after applying. I have to cut it off.

I use this wonderful dressing on my fistula before dialysis. I put lidercaine crème on my fistula area on my arm and then cover it with this dressing. It keeps the crème off my clothes.
