S.L. Fashions Women's Short Capelet Overlay Dress with Metallic Trim

I bought this for our 50th anniversary last August, and it was perfect! Great fit, beautiful style and great price!

This dress was so beautiful on my mom. Perfect length and classy. Fabric fell nicely to cover her “insecure” areas. She wore this to an April wedding and she got so many compliments. For once she felt as beautiful as she really is and I hope she will wear it again. It ran true to size, maybe even slightly looser. If you’re in between I would size down. Shes 66yrs old, 5’4” 135lbs and wore a 6 but could’ve even gone to a 4.

I don't dress up often and this dress made me feel like I was well-dressed for the occasion. I'm normally a jeans & sweatshirt person so it felt good to be dressed up for a change. I wore it to my son's "dress-as-you-like" wedding. I received many compliments. It felt good and I loved the attached sheer, flowy cape with the touch of bling. The dress is not see-through at all and stayed where it was supposed to. Oh, and the price was about $20 less than my local Macy's on-sale price. I did get it pressed at the dry-cleaners for fear of messing it up but the price was still quite nice. Thumbs up to that!

Runs a little large otherwise elegant and comfortable

I ordered the Coronet Silver a very pretty blue gray (more blue). It fit a bit tight in the chest, I am large breasted for a size 12 clothing. Did not want to order one size up because the rest of the dress fit really well around the hips and bottom areas. Was planning to wear it to a wedding.

I love how flattering this dress is - It hides those problem areas:-) without being too matronly. It fits true to size.

This dress is elegant! I intend to wear it for a baptism soon and needed something chic and also church worthy.I’m currently a 36DD (34DDD or 38C) 40” hips,5’3, 151lbs. Postpartum pregnant 6 months out & still have a baby bump to prove and all the lady lumps possible.I believe I got this in size 10 (I also got this in size 6P in long dress style in blue both fit me fine ).I don’t recall this one being see through, but wear appropriate beige colored underwear just to make sure. I’ll update my pictures later I only wore it quickly to make sure it fit and was being extra silly 😜

Very nice quality and look. The shiny top has sliver and blue threads. Hit my knees

I’m 5’4” and 127 pounds. I needed a summery short dress for my daughter’s small but elegant rooftop wedding this summer. I tried on lots of more expensive dresses but this dress in size 6 fits beautifully at just above my knee. The chiffon overlay is see through enough to allow the lined sheath underneath to show off your figure but hides those old lady arms we hate! I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend it.
