Work as advertised
I am having my deck removed and a new 4 season porch installed. I will use the deck railing to provide perimeter protection around my front porch. I installed 4 x 4 anchor assemblies to my cement front porch and used the 3/8" x 3 inch wedge anchors to secure the 4 x 4 post anchor assembly. Since I am waiting for my new 4 season porch, I did not use the ratchet to tighten and expand the anchor bolts yet. Leaving them untightened allows me to move the steel 4 x 4 post anchors in different directions to insure level and plumb when the railing is installed.

Not to sure about these
Used on my new 9k 2post lift and it I have to retorque them down after every few cars are on the hoist I have 8 in of reinforced concrete that was just poured 2 months ago not quite sure if it's the nuts backing off and loosening or if they're pulling out of the concrete recommendation says on here 110 foot pounds I've even tried to torque them to 115 and 120 and they still seem to back off after the hoist is used a few times not even putting anything heavy on the hoist just cars and SUVs not even sure if I would trust button a half ton truck up on it with these anchor bolts

Excellent! Flawless Performance...
This floor anchor really did the trick. I used them to bolt my bench grinder stand to my garage floor. Worked flawlessly. I used a heavy duty hammer drill with a 1/2" bit and voila - solid as a rock. Highly recommend.

Perfect for safety bollards
Worked perfectly for the two safety 4.5 wide bollards we purchased. Surprised how heavy duty these turned out to be. The pack was heavy for just a bunch of large screws. Worth it!
