Heart-warming and Honest
The Trouble with Rose was an engaging page-turner. Altogether complex, yet light, I felt like a part of the story. I identified with Rilla, her family, her (ex)fiance, her room-mate, the crazy cat and her cohorts. I want a sequel.

Fun, engaging and original
A novel that perfectly balances humor and mystery. Add to this an British-Indian setting, and you've got an incredibly engaging and original novel.

A Riveting read!
Amita drew me into Rilla’s unnerving and disturbing world from the beginning. As much as I came to care for Rilla and her various neurosis my burning need became to know whatevs happened to Rose. I actually felt like slapping it out of her parents. I loved that suspense. Well done, Amita for a job well done!

A woman's story
I never thought this book would be my cup of tea, nevertheless, I found this story interesting. I grew up reading masculine sports book, so, to say the least, I was pleasantly surprised when reading this funny novel.
