This is a good tool for certain stretches, but idk if it’s completely necessary to an arsenal of equipment. The floor and slant boards work just as well

Good for a healthy foot
I think it’s good for the average foot. But it’s too much of a stretch. I believe for people suffering from plantar fasciitis. As soon as I tried it, I was in pain after that.
