Hem Citronella Incense Sticks, 120 Count

So far I can see a good product. I will travell to a Caribbean Country with a lot of mosquitoes, so I will update this product once I come back. For now, I can say the packaging and shipping was OK. The box is coming with 6 units inside. Should be easy to use because is a regular incense, just the essence is different. UPDATE AFTER TRAVEL: The product works excellent repelling the mosquitoes, smelling a lot and the best effect against the mosquitoes. Just place it outdoor, but I can recommend it 100%

These are the second citronella incense I’ve bought recently to try and help with this no see um issue, these are so much better than the first ones I bought! they last so much longer and come with more at a lower price. I don’t know if they exactly smell like citronella, HOWEVER they smell amazing and the insects from he** seem to hate them so it’s a win for me. Will continue to buy from this brand, they have lots of scents and im eager to try them all! Highly recommend

We use these while riding around on our golf cart. In Fl the mosquito are horrible, these really seem to keep the bugs at bay. If you like a natural way to keep the bugs away these are for you, and they really smell nice. The pack contains 120 sticks, which is great value for money. There are very easy to use just light and stick somewhere at a distance from you. this is my 2nd pack and will be buying again.

Good incense. I buy the green sticks that actually Repel Mosquitos and thought I would give this a try. It burns about 5 minutes longer and smells amazing. The green sticks do not smell as good, but the combo of Cintronella, lemongrass, and rosemary oils Repel Mosquitos well. Wish Hem would make a mosquito repellent incense sticks.

amazed at how well the inches sticks worked. I was skeptical yet desperate to find a resolution to be able to enjoy my backyard in Texas. I have my yard sprayed bi monthly and that still doesn't provided resolve. These ticks did a great job and did not have a bad scent. The quantity for the price is excellent. I believe they burned at an expected rate.

Something in the ingredients has changed. I've always used these and never had an issue with them smelling "perfumey". Most recent order stinks, very perfume type smelling. Not buying more. Switching to a more natural smelling stick.

Back at the beginning of the summer, I bought a variety of burnable insect repellants (coils, a larger sandalwood incense, these, etc.). I wanted to try different ones and see what I liked best. This was the winner! Here are the pros and cons: Pro: 1) It worked to keep biting critters out of my vicinity about as well as any of the other ones. They all seemed to work fairly well, actually. I would be feeling itchy from constant bites and then remember to go light one...instantly the biting stopped! 2) Less mess! Any of these burning insect repellents will drop ashes, but because this is a standard size incense, it fit perfectly in incense burners I already had. Easy to collect and dispose of the ashes. The others either dropped on the table or in a plant container or I had to find a dish for them because they aren't made to fit regular incense holders. 3) The smell is awesome! I really like it as incense and the bug repellent aspect is bonus! Others just smell...burnt. Not bad burnt, but not especially good either. Like smoke. But this scent I like. If you like the smell of sweet, slightly floral incense you will like this. I enjoy sitting on my patio at night, enjoying the nice scent and the sounds of crickets and my water fountain...very relaxing! Cons: 1) Some might not like the smell...that's a personal preference. I loved it. Like citronella but sweet and with that spicy incense smell mixed in. 2) Doesn't burn as long as the 4 hour coils. They burn as long as normal incense (an hour maybe?) Might be an issue if used at a party where you don't want to tend to the incense every hour, but as a short term, "I'm going out to relax on the patio for a little while" thing it is perfect.
