The Meat Lover's Slow Cooker Cookbook: Hearty, Easy Meals Cooked Low and Slow Paperback – December 6, 2016

This cookbook is just what I was looking for! Simple, yet tasty recipes! They call for ingredients that you actually have at home and don't have to go out to the store and buy something that you'll never use again. The book's layout is easy to follow and read - very well done!! This is my new favorite!!

I am the queen of slow cooking. I don't like deserts or breakfast...so I was happy to find a book on meats without wasting half the book on things I would never cook. I've tried about 12 recipes and they were all very good. Some were just excellent. I will continue making a different recipe to see which ones I like the most.

Nice book, price is high

Superbly excited once my book arrived in the mail. I pre-ordered and purchased it weeks ago when I heard it would be released. I waited with great anticipation. Now that it's here I'm having a tough time deciding on which recipe to make next; they ALL sound wonderful and super simple for the busy person. I highly suggest getting yourself a copy. I can almost guarantee simple substitutions are easily made for those with any food intolerance. I'll be buying several more for Christmas gifts this week.

This is the first cook book I have ever purchased and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I am not too familiar with the cooking scene but this book makes every recipe it provides easy to follow and create a perfect meal!

The layout is beautiful and the dishes appear varied in type, but most had pretty low flavor requiring a significant addition of spices to those already called for in the recipe.

Unlike the other reviewer here, I actually PURCHASED this cookbook. I have one of the Cool Cooker crock pots as well as several traditional crock pots. I've never before seen a recipe for Bone Broth (chicken, beef and fish) that you can do in a crock pot, so I'm really excited to try these out as I've been making my own for years in a traditional stock pot.I'll update again after I've tried more recipes and let you know what the hubby and I think!

Tried a few of the recipes and all I have to say 2 👍 up. Book arrived quickly and is impeccable. If you're a meat and potatoes kind of person, this is the book for you.
