Same brand I've been eating for fifty years. My grandma's favorite.
Best curry paste short of grinding your own fresh spices in a mortar and pestle. Far superior to dry curry powder which has a metallic undertone and lacks the essential oils of fresh or bottled (open jar lasts for six months in the fridge and has up to 20 individual servings). This is the MILD version. Buy this if you are unsure of your heat tolerance and kick it up with cayenne pepper to taste. There are also medium and hot pastes if you are more daring. Been eating this most of my life from my grandmother's cooking then learning to make it myself from her recipe. Look up a recipe online or two tablespoons (or more to taste...you can add late in the cooking process without problem) of paste with a well reduced onion, canned tomato (why waste energy to reduce fresh tomatoes to sauce?), and potatoes, with the meat of your choice. My favorite is boneless, skinless, chicken thighs. Don't use chicken breast, the results are too dry. I usually add fresh ginger. Hope you enjoy this as much as I have. Remember, three jars is over 60 individual servings.

For authentic *HOT* Indian flavors this is the one
I admit it, I can be lazy with my Indian food. I hate all the dicing and prep, so I found a great hack. Buy a pre-made "simmer sauce" (from one of the big brands you know) and then add a BIG ol' scoop of this hot curry paste (like half the jar). BOOM. Heat up and butter your naan and Bob's your uncle!
