Yes! these worked great!
I purchased these for my media/game room and tested them before install on another system. So far so good. I'm glad they fit into those keystone square things. I was a little nervous because I didn't think a standard HDMI plug would fit, but, it did! I'm happy!

Works Well
This keystone is very nice. It fits perfectly and it does not have the snowflake picture effect as other HDMI keystones have. I used one from my server rack to another in the ceiling and then the final cable going to the monitor. Overall if you are looking for a HDMI keystone jack this is the way to go.

Fits Leviton quick ports. Does the job
This is a great low cost alternative to what is nothing but an insanely high priced Leviton brand HDMI connector (~$17/connector at the time of this review). These fit the Leviton quick port wall plate and so I was happy with that. The fitting is decent compared to Leviton's quick port jacks. In the picture, the bottom two jacks are Leviton brand. Not a super flush finish. IMO, I'm overthinking the fit and finish in this review.

Worked great for my setup
Honestly, I'm shocked this worked in my setup. I used one to sit between Monoprice 3' and 25' certified premium HDMI cables. That's 28' total feet. Even with the added impedance of the keystone jack, I'm still getting full 18Gbps bandwidth. I've tested with Fate of the Furious with Dolby Vision enabled and Billy Lynn. I verified the output of my Oppo 203 and I see I'm getting full bandwidth.

Will NOT work for Enhanced HDMI / 4k 60hz UHD etc
The description for the HDMI keystone is deceptive and wrong. It states "This MACTIS HDMI keystone jack is designed to fit any standard keystone wall plate. It features a gold-plated female connector on each end, provide a simple and secure way to connect HDMI cables into a wall plate. This keystone has no effect on the signal and therefore supports all High Speed HDMI features, including 3D, 4K, Audio Return Channel and Ethernet features of your HDMI cables. "1) Look at the image...not gold plated, unless silver is the new gold?2) Absolutely incorrect to state that the keystone has "no effect on the signal". This will work for standard 1080p, but for 4K/60...forget it. Tried to connect a Sony HDR TV to both a Sony UHD BluRay and Roku 4k. Guess what?? Doesn't work. After tons of troubleshooting various cables I narrowed it down to these keystone adapters. It is very simple to test and if you don't believe me I'd encourage you to test it before tucking all of your cables behind the wall. Or you will be terribly disappointed, as I have been.Take 2 High Speed HDMI cables, connect them from your TV to your 4k/UHD device, insert the keystone between them as a simple connector/adapter. Do this before you stick the keystone in the wall. Turn on the player device, and change the TV to Enhanced HDMI. You may need to ensure you are on a specific input (for Sony, only HDMI 2 & 3 are valid for Enhanced HDMI). When you do this, the signal will drop. Now remove the keystone and just directly connect the tv to your device. The picture appears. You can thank me later. It appears that all vendors of these keystones are passing along this useless info that the adapter is "simply a pass-thru". Don't fall for it. I wound up simply using one long CL3 (in-wall) rated high speed cable and connected that between devices through a brush style keystone insert...basically just a long cable between tv and device behind the wall , but not terminated with keystone adapters. The solution isn't as finished, but hey, nobody can see the panel behind the TV anyway.

Work perfect.
These work great. I got 4 running up through my wall and into the TV. absolutely no issues with any of them. I am definitely going to buy more to have around.
