Good product. Cheaper than grocery store. I will buy again. Good for headaches.

I am allergic to most otc pain products and really love this (comparable to Excedrin Geltabs) but it is impossible to find the branded geltabs. This is indistinguishable in its effectiveness ad doesn't upset stomach. Very effective for all types of aches and pains.

The magic cocktail is acetaminophen, aspirin and caffeine in their respective portions. There are a number of products out there with this same formula but, they're more expensive. These generally don't work for me as well while I'm awake and doing stuff. They work best 99% of the time when I take them with a little food and then lay down with a frozen migraine relief cap and a blindfold. Usually, after a couple hours of sleep the headache has been replaced by an hour or so of brain fog. The thing is not to wait for the pain to get intense: take these pills immediately as you feel a migraine coming on. These are available from several pharmacies under various generic labels: read the ingredient list and choose something that'll break down and deliver relief quickly. Geltabs are best but most other tablets with the same formula will also work....these are just easier to swallow.

this is great for headache pain relief, works just like the original, but a much better value. the coating makes it easy on my sensitive stomach. excellent product.

This OTC migraine product is as effective as its name-brand counterpart, and they usually represent a great value. I prefer these round ones to the more 'tablet' form products, so I'm inclined to reorder!
