Can I use this with a med Sherpa dog bag?

Thank you for your question. As it has very small platform, we don't recommend using for med sherpa dog bag due to stability issues. If you use with med sherpa dog bag, we recommend using hand truck with 4 wheels. Ours have 2 wheels.

Is this suitable for a backpack?

Thank you for being interested in our compact travel cart. Frankly speaking, our cart has very limited platform as 6.7x9.6inches when opening for use. Please check the size of your backpack bottom and make it sure if it is oversize or not. Besides, the bottom part is very soft and oversize, it can be dragged and damaged.
