Helps a lot with knee pain. The smell is strong so if you're sensitive to that be aware, but it works.

A great project for stains, sprains and muscle aches. I also sometimes use to ease menstrual cramps. Very powerful. The smell is quite strong—not unpleasant but very distinct. Everyone in the room can smell. Also it did slightly stain my white sheets.
