Max and the Midknights: The Tower of Time (Max & The Midknights) Hardcover – March 1, 2022

My granddaughter loved this book. I limited her screen time with video games and insisted that she read a chapter or two per day. That was it. She got locked in to the story line. She said she really enjoyed the book.I read the book as well and would question her along the way just to make sure she was actually reading it.Definitely a good read for a pre-teen.

Purchase this book for my 9 year old son and he read it so quickly! He loved this series and came highly recommended after he finished reading all of the “Dog Man” and “Cat Kid” books

Love Anazon for having this book. I bought books at Barnes & Noble and they weren’t exactly what my Grandson was hoping for.So, I hoped for an exchange and they couldn’t find the book. Amazon had it and delivered the next day!Priced very , well too!My Grandson loves the book and reads to his younger siblings. I highly recommend it! It’s funny and engaging.

My kids (9 & 7) love these books!!

My son is a HUGE Max and the Midknights fan!He had hated reading (HATED it) until one day he picked up the first Max book and it was like a light switched flipped. He loves the humor, and he relates to it. He devoured the first two books rapidly, and we had pre-ordered #3. He read it the day it arrived, amd has read it two or three more times since. He randomly pipes up with facts about Max and Mary throughout the day. He can't wait until the author writes more.He has become a voracious graphic novel reader since last fall when he stumbled upon Max, and he is happy to tell anyone that will listen about these books!

I loved it because at the end, when Gastley asked Max for a tip, and Max said, “You want a tip? Try a breath mint!” And Kevyn was like, “Ooh! *chortle!* BURN!!”I absolutely got SO tickled, that I couldn’t stop laughing for about 5 minutes.And at the very end when Max and Mary finally found their parents and they reunited their family. It actually made me cry.I will ALWAYS love your books, Lincoln Peirce! And along with Big Nate!!!

I have been reading these with my 9-year-old granddaughter and we both really enjoy the series. We have read the 3 books twice now. Humor appeals to adults as well as kids, and I really like that the main character is a girl who had to overcome preconceptions about what a girl should or should not be, and she is awesome.

My 7 year old read this book in a single day. I got him the first three books in the series (which is all that was available when I ordered). He loved the books and started over with the first one as soon as he finished the third. It was a great distraction for a long car ride this summer.
