Berkley Gulp! Alive! Shrimp 28 OZ Bucket, 3-Inch

I am an avid GULP user. I usually buy the medium jug of gulps from "large department store" for 20.00 which has on avg 24 gulps in it, and i supplement them by purchasing the 8 pack packages for 6.00. so i saw the big jug online here and since it was over twice the weight as the medium jug i figured there would be twice the amount of gulps..how wrong was I, the jug was to the brim with the "juice". but less than half full of gulps, so i decided to count them..38 was the count, not the 50 it seems like it should have been. so since i am going fishing for the weekend, i had to go to department store to purchase 3 more bags of gulps to fill the jug up. Wish they lasted longer. When a fish bits on the tail the bait ends up ripping where they are attached to the jig or the fish bites the tail off. But I still use them because they are a good bait.

Great lure! I threw this lure when most everyone else were throwing live shrimp and I caught about as many fish as anyone else on the trip. They are easy to use, can be recharged just by throwing them back in the bucket, and they really work.

Perfectly sized for mid to upper slot trout, I found I missed too many bites with the 4", but still get slot sized trout with the 3" pearl whites. If you don't want to sit and soak a live shrimp, this should be your second choice.

These are great baits. They're great under a popping cork.The packaging is awful, though. I've used several buckets of these, and have yet to receive one that doesn't leak. Unless you want your truck smelling like fish attractant, I'd highly suggest transferring them to a different container.

I use these to catch sea trout in the Gulf of Mexico. They never fail. Even though they are expensive, in the long run you probably save money because with love shrimp you lose 99% of them to pin fish. These can also be use multiple times. I can usually catch 3 or four with one lure.

I have used this product for a few years now with great success. I primarily fish for speckled trout but I have caught red fish and others using this bait. It stays on much longer than live or frozen shrimp and is just as effective. Cost was great and the bucket was full of shrimp so more bang for your buck,

Not as soft as the ones you buy in small plastic bags.Its sturdiness gives it little to no movement.The scent will eventually get you some strikes.
