Great quality and fun to build. Pleasantly surprised.
So far I am super impressed with this bed and furniture. I bought the bed, headboard, nightstand and the end of the bed storage cubby for both of my children. It was all very heavy when it showed up In the boxes so I needed my husband to carry it upstairs, but as far as the assembly, I felt the instructions were very straight forward. I did follow the advice of someone else that left a review and added the felt tape in the recommended places plus the wood screws through the wood slats. After that, it really seems extremely sturdy and high quality. Now, I do personally love putting furniture together, I think of it as adult legos. The day and a half it took me to build the two beds with six drawers each, two headboards, two nightstands and two cubbies were extremely enjoyable for me. I would definitely recommend this furniture. The one thing I did not like was nailing in the back covers with the little nails and sometimes I would get too close to an edge and you could see my nail coming through the top or underside of a side-board, but I have that issue when putting together all types of furniture and I’m not sure what the solution to that problem would be.I have since ordered two more dressers from this company and I am so pumped for when they arrive and I get to pour myself a glass of wine, grab my power drill, finish binge watching “The Good Place” while I build the heck out of these well built, adult lego, dressers.

Solid construction, very pleased
This bed is significantly sturdier and of overall better quality and design than we were expecting from various reviews. We paid the extra $10 for in-the-front-door delivery in case of rain, and perhaps that also helped with delivery handling care, because everything came in perfect condition. The construction design was solid, and everything went together relatively easily (3 of the 16 side-slat nuts/screw holes were ever so slightly off center causing us a little trouble getting them to go in but with two sets of hands, we figured out how to hold them where we needed and all went in securely - no other problems with assembly). The drawers are spacious and slide in and out nicely. Overall, we’re very pleased and would recommend!

Not as bad as other reviews made it out to be
I'd been searching furniture stores, amazon and ikea looking for a platform storage bed at a reasonable price. Lo and behold i came across this one, of course, with no reviews. Feeling a bit apprehensive, i searched for it without putting in white and found reviews for it in other colors. The reviews weren't numerous or even great. There were a lot of complaints about it falling apart, hard to put together, etc. but i still ordered it. I'm glad i did.Putting the bed together is a bit time consuming if you don't own a hex drill bit, i'd advise purchasing a cheap one just for this job as it would probably cut down the time by 75%. I also suggest laying out all the pieces and hardware to make the job go quicker. The instructions were clear, the frame is sturdy once together. The only complaints i have is about the wooden slats that they give you to slide into the metal frame - they move way too much. In order to compensate for this, I made a trip to the local big box home store and purchases a sheet of 1/4 inch plywood and had them cut it down into three pieces and set that on top of the slats and using small nails to prevent any major moving. So far so good. The other issue is securing the drawer bottoms. It requires you to hammer a lot of little nails into a thin bottom. I did have quite a few nails never make it into the bottom, so i had to keep redoing it until it was correct.Other than these two issues, everything else about the bed is great. The extra storage is perfect for what i want it for (socks, tshirts, sheets). If you're looking for a place to store bulky items, such as blankets, towels and anything really heavy, don't get this bed. If anything changes in a couple of months, i'll update this....

Cheap Bed frame
I didn't expect much for the price I paid for the bed, but you really do get what you paid for; a really cheap, fragile frame.PROS: The instructions for assembly were clear and pretty easy to follow and I do like the drawers on both sides which really helped me out.CONS: After assembly is where the big problems begin. This is not a bed frame that you will own for 10 years or probably even 1 year. Both my brother and I purchased this bed within a couple of months of each other and we are both experiencing the same problems.- The connectors used to keep the entire frame together are stripped. If you try to move the bed, the materials used instantly strip against the steel bolts and will not stay together anymore. This means that if you move at all while sleeping, the ends will start to move apart and the boards holding you up will slip loose.- The boards holding up our mattress no longer stay in place. This started after about a month. They all move towards the center so by morning your mattress has sunk in at the edges. This also puts a lot of strain on the running boards on the side and I can hear them making cracking sounds every time I get up.- The drawers have started to come apart and don't close all the way, again this is probably because the bolt holes are stripped and the bed won't stay together.- Don't plan on moving it once its set. My brother tried to move his to his new house and it never fit together again after taking it apart.OVERALL: I would say this bed isn't worth the particle board and cheap plywood its made of, even for something temporary. Just sleep on the floor with your mattress and save for an extra month and by a decent frame that isn't made by Prepac Sonoma or one of the other names they go by.
