Is it breakable in an emergency? If it gets caught will it be able to break without injuring someone?

Caution!! Never place anything around your neck that does not have "break-a-way" features such as lanyards designed as badge holders. Even drape strings are designed to minimize young children getting tangled. If the manufacturer does not clearly state it is designed to easily break a way, assume it is not.

Is the leather strong enough to hold small garden tools? Need something to string through the loop of my tools, tie and then hang. Thx

It is strong enough yes. I use it for necklaces, but it definitely is durable. It has a slight flexibility to it, I would say comfortably it would hold 5 pounds or less.

Why cant I f8nd Real suede leather not faux?

You can find it on Amazon and Etsy, and I'm sure lots of other places, too. Just google "genuine suede cord for jewelry."
