Great heater. Stylish, silent and very effective.
I love this product. I was drawn by the area size it would heat. This heater is silent in it's operation and really attractive and effective.I follow the instructions properly, no bar extension and to unplug/ turn off at the wall when its my bedtime. I have not used the eco setting yet but will if I need heating overnight. I am aware it is not the cheapest but feel confident it will justify it's cost over the years.( I live in a lovely 28 foot by 14 foot attic with no door to downstairs and no central heating upstairs.Previously I used a lamp).

It works
It works, unlike some others, wheels already assembled. Great.

Stiff buttons + no remote control
Heats up hot - no problems there. Tiny noise when heating up - but no remote control and stiff'ish buttons on front meant I had to return this (was for my elderly mother) and bought the Dreo 2000W OH521 instead - has remote, heats up hot too and is completely silent. The remote was the winner though - makes it much easier for Mum to use.

Cost affective
Cost wise only cost £0.37 to £0.48 pence per hour, does take time to heat up but once it does the heat is fairly stable and cost affective but if you don’t use the eco button it can go upto £0.70 pence per hour so keep on eco, is good sleek design easy to manoeuvre and like the colour overall 9/10

Persistent noxious off gassing smell. It's a shame as it is otherwise very good.
Pros:- Eco mode is very useful and it has not been as expensive to run as expected- Excellent thermostat- Powerful enough to successfully heat a medium sized room with high ceilings in a very poorly insulated victorian semi.Cons:I purchased this heater at the beginning of October 2023 and followed the manufacturer's instructions to run it on full power in a well ventilated room to remove the 'new' smell. The manual indicates this should be done for 15 minutes, I did it for a little over half an hour.It is now December 2023 and despite almost daily use, unless it is used on the lowest temperature setting, it is still off gassing / giving off a bad smell.Every member of my household suffers from at least one of the following symptoms when it is used on a medium or high setting: headaches, nausea, eye and nasal redness and irritation. I continue to use it as we rent our home and the gas central heating is insufficient to warm out living room as the building is poorly insulated. I suspect this heater is probably bad for our health in both the short and long term, but for anyone else in a similar situation it is just about tolerable when used in conjunction with an air purifier.

Warms up VERY quickly!
Love this heater - nice design so blends in to house. Straight out of box, swing the wheels in to position and plug it in. Gets hot quickly and stays warm for a long while after turning off. Love it - will probably buy another for upstairs! Recommend!
