Worth every penny
Love, love, love this pillow, I felt better after 1 nights sleep with this pillow than I had for years! Highly recommend for any type of sleeper, so soft yet supportive!

Great quality. But medium loft flattens out.
The purple pillows are AMAZING. We bought medium loft and we already have a high loft. My only complaint is these feel flatter or thinner than I’d expect a medium loft. I was hoping for a step down from the high loft, but this was a gigantic step down. They look medium loft but when you lay on them they flatten a lot.

Harmony tall pillows
My significant other and I both really like the Harmony tall pillows. They are supportive and maintain a comfortable body temperature—not too hot or cold. We also use silk pillowcases, and we love the soft, smooth feel they add to the pillows. We tried the Harmony medium pillow but found it too soft with insufficient support. The tall pillow is also soft but offers the support we need for a better night's sleep. The Purple website provides suggestions and pictures to help choose the right pillow height. However, we’ve found that their recommendations are not always accurate. According to their website, the medium should suit my SO well, but we found the tall pillow to be a better fit. These pillows are the most expensive we’ve ever purchased, but they truly feel like we’re sleeping on a cloud and alleviated a neck and back problem.

Decent pillow
After using it a week, it feels really good. It is soft but provides good sport. My only issue is it slides inside the pillow case so I ordered a pillow protector with zipper so it will stay inside. I think I will keep this one. Probably better than other pillows but the price is a bit too much for a simple latex pillow. Only its protective case has purple’s gel-flex grid. Overall, it is a decent pillow.

CANNOT SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH OF THESE PILLOWS
Pillows are a difficult item to buy in that people's comfort is very subjective. I have gone through 4 or 5 different types of pillows over the past few years, but ultimately ended up with my neck hurting. Although so many pillows feel wonderful at the store, it's really evaluating them over the test of time that is the bottom line criteria. At this point, I have been loving them for the past 3 months or so.Recently Wirecutter did an article on recommended pillows. Although I did not take their recommendation, I learned a few things to evaluate when looking for a pillow. The fact that the technology behind Purple pillows is so different appealed to me and seemed promising.I originally ordered the medium height but found that was a bit too high for me, and so I exchanged for the low height. Cannot speak highly enough about them. I can comfortably position my shoulders/neck/head while on my back or on my side and still feel the pillow supporting those areas that don't directly press against the pillow. The one concern I initially had upon opening the pillows was the strong smell. I read in a few places that it is recommended to allow time to air them out. I was skeptical, but removed the pillows from their cases and laid them out on the backs of chairs. Just to note, the inner portion of the pillow is a sort of silicone honeycomb pattern. The outside case is thick and padded with memory foam. The pillows are a bit heavier in weight than anything I had previously experienced.I had a fan on them at high speed for at least 2 days before I began to see a change. It may have taken a bit longer than the 2 days but, with Amazon's 30 day window of return, I was willing to take a chance. It has all worked out very well. As a matter of fact, if anything, the extra weight of the pillows keep them i place on my bed as I move around during the night. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE PILLOWS AND THANK THE PURPLE PILLOW COMPANY FOR A GREAT PRODUCT.

Purple Pillovelution
Great pillow, I'm a restless sleeper and having laytex to reshape fast is awesome for me. Purple has done a great job of refining their pillow - they've come a long way from over a decade ago when their pillow was just the gel (nice support but 25lbs of gel? for a pillow?)

Mostly Marketing, Not Impressed for the Price. Not the Greatest Pillow Ever Invented.
The marketing will have you believe that this pillow is so comfortable that it will transport you to the astral plane. It does not. While I did get this pillow on sale, it still does not live up to the $150+ price in my opinion. After ~7 months sleeping on this pillow, it has begun sagging in the middle and does not do a very good job of keeping shape or firmness. I cannot really say that even in the beginning it was very supportive, it is VERY squishy. Not a lot else to say, it gets the job done but I don't feel like I am getting better, more quality sleep because of it.As far as temperature goes, it does do a good job of dissipating heat. I have not had any issues with sleeping hot on this pillow.I would not recommend this pillow at retail price.

I'm a fan.
I have the worst time finding a good pillow. I'm a side sleeper, I have old neck pains that come back frequently, and I always struggle to find the balance between supportive but soft. After trying this out for a couple of weeks, it hits the mark for me.At first, I thought it might be too soft, even though I got the tall version. (For the record, I am only 5'8", but I am heavy with wide shoulders). But the texture of it is so bouncy that it does a good job of being soft but still supportive. I sink into it, which I love, but the latex is springy and "fills in the gaps".As for the cooling claims, I do not find it to be super cooling, but it also is not too hot. It's cool when you first lie on it but it does heat up after a while. I will probably try a more cooling pillowcase than the one I currently use and see if that prolongs the cool effect.Overall, I've been sleeping well on it. I do not have to adjust it in the middle of the night since it bounces back and does not bunch up or get lumpy. I will report back if that changes over time, but for now, I think it was worth the high price.
