Bryan Adams' influence extends four decades, over which time he has released 14 studio albums. His songwriting has garnered him numerous awards and accolades including three Academy Award nominations, five Golden Globe nominations and a Grammy Award. Of his 2022 album, 'So Happy it Hurts' he said, 'The pandemic and lockdown really brought home the truth that spontaneity can be taken away. Suddenly all touring stopped, no one could jump in the car and go. The title song is about freedom, autonomy, spontaneity and the thrill of the open road. The album of the same name, touches on many of the ephemeral things in life are really the secret to happiness, most importantly, human connection'.

SO HAPPY BRYAN ADAMS GLADDENS THE HEART !
Yet again Bryan Adams has produced a simply brilliant album, time after time he keeps bringing out superb albums and this is just one of his very best.Great title song (just hear the live version on the new Albert Hall set), one of those songs that just stick in the mind, a real stadium anthem, but every track here (all twelve of them) are right up with the very best of Bryan's years as an artist. You Lift Me Up, and Never Gonna Rain, are among the best songs of the year.Kick Ass is exactly what it says on the cover. Then the slower closing These Are The Moments That Make Up My LIfe, the joy of those special moments some very simple we never forget. This is one of those special long lasting peaches of an album that will continue to be played for several years ahead. Bryan as an artist still moves on and up in producing the goods, the music that has kept him at the very top of the tree for over forty years now. Everything I Do migt have been a big hit for him,but this album is full of great songs with HIT written all over them !

Good album .
I’ve liked Bryan adams from his first album .For me personally I would love him to release a rip roaring rock album to match Reckless and Into The Fire as they are his best 2 albums .His voice is superb on any album he releases but his more recent albums have been lacking the standout tracks .This album is one of his very much better recent releases .

Good Album but not great.
I bought as going to a Bryan Adams Concert and wanted to pre listen to his latest tunes. It’s good I like it but it doesn’t have any outstanding tracks.

As good as ever
Bought this CD prior to going to the concert as wanted to be familiar with latest songs, played in the car for 3 solid months before seeing Bryan Adams live in Liverpool. Brilliant CD with some super songs. A must for any Bryan fan

Excellent Album.
This is an excellent album, and Bryan's best for a while. He's definitely back on form with this collection. The opening track is a joyous rocker, and the songs flow from there. Great stuff!!

Disapointing
I've been a fan of BA since I first saw him back in 1984 - I have bought every album/single/video/cassette/DVD etc he has released, this however like a lot of his recent efforts is disappointing. At first, I thought it was ok - the opening couple of tracks are good - but then the album just looses direction, not quite knowing what it is supposed to be. I appreciate this is a lockdown effort but it shows, the lyrics are weak and the songs forgettable. I am sure a couple could work live but on record, it's just ok.
