Very effective for sleeping easier when you have a cough as opposed to rubbing oils for your chest. The bottle lasts a while compared to pads, as you are only needing a spoonful every time you fill up the water.

Great stuff for my vaporizer. Great for stuffy nose. Also helps my dog breathe better at night as the heat dries out her nose and she snored so loud.
