I purchased these to replace the cap that came with my Thinkpad X1 Carbon gen 6. The original was so loose it would come off on my finger as I used it. This new cap not only corrected that but surprisingly it made the TrackPoint more responsive, so much so that I had to dial back the sensitivity from fully sensitive to a bit less than midpoint. It seems the original cap was dragging performance down. I am delighted. The TrackPoint now works as expected for the first time since I purchased the laptop in 2018.

I tested using a PSP cap and these on my new 3ds xl c-stick. These were considerably better to use the PSP caps. They were a better fit, didn't wiggle around like the PSP caps, offered more grip, and gave more accurate movement. Choose these over the PSP caps.

Fits well, works well, but be aware that its top a little bit smaller than original cap.

I have used Thinkpads since the mid 90s and the TouchPoint caps seem to wear out so fast or get lost. Cat runs across your laptop and somehow manages to catch a toenail in the cap and rips it off. I hate using the Touchpad so off to Amazon. It is nice to find replacements inexpensively and that shipped quickly. These havce a good feel to them. Not super scratchy sandpaper that can irritate your finger. Instalation is easy. Just pop these replacements on and you are good to go.

Fit perfect for my laptop

I used the original cap for three years before replacing it with this product. After using it for a month, I don't think it will last as long as the original. But the product is very inexpensive, so it works to just replace them more often. I really like that the description points out that the hole underneath the product must match your computer's Trackpoint stick. It definitely avoids mistakes!

This is perfect for my New 3DS XL. This works very well, much better than original ones

It came in perfect packaging and condition and works perfectly fine for my new 3ds. But psp1000 nub is still better than lenovo nub for my 3ds
