Even though it's a tad bit pricey, you carnt skimp on a offer of a good relaxing sleep. Works like magic and has all my favourite essential oils so smells amazing. Relax and enjoy.

Smells nice and helps to relax in bed.

In Europe you can buy ZZZquil from Vicks which are just like these only I find one gummy does the trick for me (adult late 30s) and the texture and taste is better. Within 30 mins I would be out like a light. But, in the UK unfortunately, ZZZQuil aren't available despite vick's being a common brand and dozey bears seems to be the next best thing. I am not keen on the texture--they seem more chewy and sticky than ZZZQuil and stick to your teeth more. They are also sweeter which I don't like. I also need 2 gummy bears and even then it doesn't seem to be as powerful as ZZZQuil and I can be awake for a further hour or two after taking them. That said, I seem to stay asleep when I do drift off and I like that they are herbal. If the UK did ZZZQuil I would be buying those but compared to others on the market, I think these dozey bears are the next best substitute. They are very pricey though and I used to be able to get 120 (double pack of 60 ZZZQuil) for 20 euros so this isn't cheap. Unfortunately, the UK generally is extremely expensive.

Neither my kids or myself enjoyed the smell of the spray and they refuse to let me spray their pillows. The lavender is completely overpowered by some of the other scents. It's actually very unpleasant smelling.

These are the only non prescription things that have ever worked for me.I just take two gummies half an hour before bed and 95% of the time I get a good night's sleep.
