First I don't usually post reviews but someone's comment made me buy these earplugs. I have very loud neighbours that live at night. Over the course of a year I had tried so many other ear plugs from foam to more expensive L**p but they would either fall during the night (I'm a side sleeper), irritate my ear canal or prevent me from falling asleep. My best solution was to use two white noise machines together but still I'd be woken up 5/6 times per night by my upstairs neighbours. Out of rest and ideas, I asked chatgpt for help and got recommended these Alpine. As the cost wasn't too expensive I gave it a go and bought the small one. They have changed my night (and life)!!! No discomfort, most noises blocked, this is the first time in 1 year I have been sleeping properly despite being a light sleeper. If you're reading this comment don't hesitate, the cost is well worth a hundred good night's sleep!

I bought these in the hope that I would eventually find something that would block out the horrendous snoring next to me. These fit perfect in my ears, comfortable and stay in. I sleep on my side and no issues. They don't block all noise but they drown it out so that I rarely wake up, and if I do I can fall back asleep. One downside is that when there's a good thunderstorm outside, I miss it. They last longer than any others I've tried too.

There are several things wrong with this ear plugs starting from Design > Durability > PriceDesignDual ear rings is not sufficient rather poor design to isolate sound noises and its also major problem of this ear plug if your inner ear rings plastic are not within the your ear canals then this ear plug won't isolate and reduce any sound noisesTo have max noise reduction you need both ear rings to be inside your ear canals to effectively reduce any noises which essentially hurts your ear when you're sleepingI had ear discharge due to this design related reason and I will be returning this poor ear plugs not worth the hassle and experienceFor sensitive noise sleepers try ear plugs with more than 2 ear ringsSuggestion triple ear rings is required to sufficiently reduce the noise problem also found in cheaper new knock off ear plugs how come with all the years of sleep ear plugs research never came to find to this conclusionNoise reducing gel is definitely comfortable while sleeping sideways however that comfort all goes away when all of the ear rings are required to be inside your ear canals to reduce max noise as possibleNext problem is Durability of these ear plugs within a week of usage my sweat has managed to weaken the effectiveness or strength of noise reducing gel to lower value and has become much softer over long duration of use that goes for the silicone ear rings too and rewashing these under warm water 25-30C will degrade it even further thus warm water below these temp should slow down the degradation of durability and that's why 100x reuse number should be taken with grain of salt and effectively or realistically its 10% of the actual advertised value 10x is the most realistic out of my usage and experienceNext one is the price of these ear plugsEconomics of these ear plugs don't make any sense when considering the design quality and durability of these ear plugsWhy buy this 1x "re-usable"("word" is doubt) ear plug when its much cheaper to buy throaway ear plugs which does much better job and much cheaper than buying 1x poor quality "re-usable" ear plugsI bought this ear plugs thinking it was and will be going to be good reusable ear plugs so I don't have to need to purchase throw away earplugs to trash the environment with more of my consumption but sadly that's not the case in reality due to reasons above

As a light sleeper with a partner who snores I highly recommend these and have just replaced mine for the third time. They don’t keep out 100% of sound but for me they are the best ‘all rounder’ I’ve found in that they are very comfortable and easy to wear, they last well, can be easily cleaned and have a good level of noise reduction both for the close by sound and for traffic noise from the street. I started off with the bigger size which still worked well but realised the smaller ones are far more comfortable for me as a side sleeper and I think keep more noise out for me. I think the price is reasonable given how much my sleep has improved and how many wears you get them from them 😴

They seem ok they can somewhat block out faint sounds from a distance, but up close sounds or sounds from next door can be heard but some walls are very thin in my home, they are quite comfortable and do not fall out of my ear, they seem to fit all ears quite well, maybe the party ones are better, you can still hear your surroundings but slightly muffled.My neighbour is harassing me with anti social behaviour, screaming and banging and more and that is the reason I purchased them, I also live across from a school and when the kids are in the playground you can only imagine what it sounds like, and they have mostly drowned out that sound but not fully. And that is a distance away. Overall not bad but definitely worth the price.

These plugs perform exactly as I had hoped.I didnt expect them to cancel out all noise, but they do muffle everything (including snoring) to a level that is un-noticable, allowing me to fall and stay asleep unhindered.Comfortable and stayed in place all night. I'm generally a side sleeper.Will buy again.

Best ear plugs I’ve used. Second time to purchase them. They’re great if your a light sleeper and you can’t sleep with noises like the fan, windows open, tv, people snoring. They don’t block out the noise 100% but they do a good job
