I wanted to purchase an auto emergency kit for an east coast driving vacation. I looked in auto shops, big box stores and online. The Thrive Roadside Assistance Auto Emergency Kit + First Aid Kit had all of my must haves (and that list was long) and more. It is a compact bag that will fit into the trunk of any car. The way it is packaged allows you to easily see and retrieve the items needed without rummaging through the entire bag. I did however, put the safety hammer in the glove compartment - just in case. The kit was well worth the money. In fact I am purchasing additional kits to give as gifts for new drivers, new car owners, etc. What better way to say "I care" but to give them the gift of safety!

I got this for my 17 year old daughter's car, she just got her license. It seems to be pretty inclusive for all the tools she might need while on the road. I did add some flares, a folding shovel, mylar blanket, and a couple other items, like a resqme escape tool, a hand crank solar radio, and emergency food, but overall, I am very satisfied with it. I've gone over all the item with her, so she knows how to best use each one effectively in case of emergency. I also printed out how to correctly connect and disconnect the jumper cables, and what steps to take in a winter emergency, since we're headed into the cold weather season. I'll switch it out with summer tips when necessary. I firmly believe in handling problems on your own and being ready for any issues you might face, so this kit was a good way to gather a lot of the tools she'll need in case a problem does happen.

I think it’s foolish to go anywhere in your vehicle without a dedicated roadside emergency kit. If your car didn’t come with one (they rarely do these days) I recommend purchasing one and this is the one I recommend the most. It’s got everything you need for any event of an emergency and all in a mobile kit you can stick anywhere in your car.The First-Aid kit isn’t as expansive as I would like but it’s still a good amount of items for basic first-aid. If you need anything more concise (i.e. if you’re going out hiking or backpacking) then definitely get something to suit those needs versus what this pack has.Definitely recommend and worth the value paid for it

All the components were there. Between moving some pieces out to more practical places (moved the seatbelt cutter/window breaker to the front glove box, not much use in a bag in the trunk) and the bit of extra space that was already there, I was able to add in a few extra bits that I wanted. I don't keep the whole thing in my car on a day to day basis be cause I live in the desert and 125 degrees in the car will destroy some things. I put it in any time I go out of town. Everything seems to be decently made. Not top of the line, but all appears to be functional for the purpose. Haven't had an emergency, though, so haven't used anything from it yet.

This kit has everything you need for a road emergency and it's all packed in a nice, reflective bag. The bag takes up nearly no space in my trunk. It's a great buy and gives me peace of mind when I drive.

Got this for my son as a gift, he loved it! Bag is well made and chock full of great stuff.

I think this is a pretty decent kit for the price! Purchased one for each family member/car owner for Christmas. Case is large enough to add extras like snap light sticks, mini battery operated flashlight (it comes with a crank one), emergency blanket, add'l first aid supp's, water bottle and protein bars. Now I can stop worrying about who has (or doesn't have) "what" in their vehicle and they can't complain that the supp's "take up too much room"! The case is small enough to easily stow and is well-designed. Keeps everything in its place. Kudos to the manufacturer!

I think there is everything you need for a car kit. Good quality in the products. Also nice presentation.
