Install is a little rough, instructions not super clear. Biometric lock portion works well. the lock hasp and plate are a little too cheap, needed re-drilling of counter bores to get the screw heads flush with the jamb plate. Will absolutely buy this lock again. been in service a few months, no issues. time will tell how long the batteries last.

Outer casing looks nice but is plastic like material. If you are expecting a more normal like door knob material you might be disappointed.Install and config is super easy. The touch pad works like a charm. Finger reader is a little finicky but works. The finger reader is not as good as a mobile phone, more like ones on laptops. Need to carefully swipe.Over all it works it's easy to program. Might by it again if the need arises.Didn't use tech support

This works exactly like I hoped it would. I have been using this indoors for about a month now. The fingerprint sensor works great, and is probably just a touch slower than a phone's fingerprint sensor (which is still much faster than using a key or number pad). I've found that if the position of your finger is different each time you scan, it may fail to unlock. To fix this I have added my finger multiple times in different positions and now it works flawlessly. Fairly easy to install.

Cheap materials, finger print doesn't work all time, sometimes I got frustrated even when I register my finger print in multiple places. You can't remove the sound, so when I come in early morning everyone can hear it. The code is great idea but I wish you didn't have to set up 6 digits. I wish I was still under returning policy.

•Cons: doesn't bring batteries, instruction manual is mesh (if you installed a knob a few times than you're good) fingerprint registration is a bit slow. Quick you can remove the beeping when you unlock it. The emergence power port is a micro USB.•Pros: can switch the handle for any type of door. Looks and feels great. Switch to automatic lock your door. Emergency port to power your doorknob if the batteries are dead. Turning the handle is very smooth. Lights are bright enough to see in the dark and in a well lit environment.
