I used to get sick and be on the toilet daily. I basically lived there and felt horrible all the time. This product has reduced it to once a week. I can deal with that. The rest of the time is a normal poops and not sick to my stomach. I’ve been taking 2x a day for about 3 months now. I used to drink pepto and still had diarrhea. This is better. Now I seem to only get sick if I eat too much gluten or sugar.

I will attempt not to bore you with the long story of my four-and-a-half-year battle against bloating, burping, abdominal pain, constipation, headaches, dizziness, and lethargy. After multiple physician visits with my GP and two different Gastroenterologists, and more medical testing than either me or my insurance company care to remember, I have been diagnosed with everything from, SIBO to IBS-C to my personal favorite insult: "you are swallowing air". The only air I swallowed that day was from a so-called physician who treated me like I was too stupid to know my own body. Someone who shouldn't be allowed to be a physician, let alone a surgeon, who exudes the attitude of I don't know so I don't care, rather than the do no harm oath he was sworn to uphold. OK, rant over.I've tried everything suggested to me from going sugar free, to the low FODMAP diet, to giving up dairy, which I love, gluten which is also close to my heart, and half the fruits and vegetables I am so fond of. I stopped eating out, stopped laughing, stopped enjoying life all together, and marital intimacy became almost non-existent because I felt bad all of the time. I stopped anti-acids and Proton pump inhibitors, which interfere with proper digestion. Isn’t bad product, kinda hurts my gut I took a break to see if it was my ibs flare up causing pain or the pill so I’m waiting to take it again to see if it was the pill or ibs flare up. Still a good product no harsh taste or smell of the pill

I began taking this after two weeks on a low fodmap diet to facilitate reintroduction of non-low fodmap foods. After only a few days of the recommended dosage, I’ve had garlic, chickpeas, onion, gluten and a marshmallow treat bar and haven’t had any IBS symptoms. I think the IBSolution has greatly improved my digestion. Despite my trepidation with reintroducing problematic foods, the IBSolution has completely prevented all gastric upsets.
